As we enter into the summer months with the many activities (vacations, picnics, trips, camps, and outdoor activities) there is a sense of excitement. We anticipate the enjoyment of activities that give us the freedom of the great outdoors; the appreciation of God's creation. This brings joy to our lives and is one of the reasons that God created its beauty and majesty.

We would like to offer our congratulations to our young people who have successfully completed their high school or college education this spring. May God bless you as you make plans for your future. May that future include both service to mankind and service to your Lord, Jesus Christ. We salute you for your accomplishments and look forward to you sharing your gifts and talents with your church family.

Many exciting activities and programs are being planned by various departments of the church which will bring all the membership together in study, worship, and sharing in social activities. Youth camps for juniors, junior high, and senior high at the Blackgum Campground will allow the youth to gather in an environment where they can enjoy the company of one another and their Lord, Jesus, to develop and strengthen their testimonies without the influence of the things of the world. Vacation Church School plans and curriculum are finished, and many are anxiously waiting for this enriching activity in the lives of our children, both young and old. The instruction, worship, and play allows for our young people to grow together in a lasting relationship.

A General Conference has been called for June 28–29, 2019, at Independence in the Conference Center. Make plans to register to attend and remember that the highest office in the church is that of member. Changes are coming to the church; right or wrong, those changes must find approval in the membership of the Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Pray mightily that God's will can be accomplished.

Remembering Brother Frederick N. Larsen...He left a legacy of a brother, friend, and prophet who was very caring, loving, compassionate, and concerned about the saints of the Remnant Church, whom he greatly admired and loved. His concern for us being a people who would implement the fullness of the gospel in our lives and become a shining light to all the world will never be forgotten. God used Brother Fred in his prophetic office to counsel us to prepare ourselves (the Bride) for the coming of Jesus (the Bridegroom). May we become so desirous to fulfill this task that it propels us to become of one heart, one mind, and live together in righteousness.

The Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has been called into renewal to preach
the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ to all who will listen, and to prepare and gather a righteous
people for the building of the Kingdom of God on earth, ZION.
